      目的 探讨集束化护理对预防ICU内老年患者外周静脉植入的中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)相关性血流感染(CRBSI)效果.方法 将550例入住SICU内留置PICC导管的老年腹部外科术后患者作为研究对象.其中2014年3月1日-2014年12月31日入住SICU内留置PICC导管的258例患者作为对照组,采用传统护理的方法,2015年1月1日-2015年10月31日人住SICU内留置PICC导管的292例患者作为观察组,实施集束化护理,比较2组PICC导管相关血流感染发生率.观察集束化护理对预防ICU内PICC导管相关血流感染的效果.结果 对照组发生16例导管相关性血流感染,CRBSI的感染率为10.7‰,观察组发生8例导管相关性血流感染,CRBSI的感染率为3.9‰,2组感染发生率差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 集束化护理可以有效预防ICU内老年患者PICC导管相关性血流感染.

      Objective To discuss the preventive effect of bundle care on bloodstream infection related to peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) in elderly patients in ICU.Methods 550 elderly patients with PICC after abdominal surgery in SICU were selected in the study,including 258 patients in control group hospitalized during the period from Mar.,1,2014 to Dec.,31,2014 and 292 patients in experiment group hospitalized during the period from Jan.,1,2015 to Oct.,31,2015;traditional nursing was applied to patients in control group while bundle care was applied to patients in experiment group;the occurrences of bloodstream infection related to PICC in the 2 groups were compared and an observation was made to the effect of bundle care in preventing the occurrence of bloodstream infection related to PICC in patients in ICU.Results Catheter related bloodstream infection (CRBSI) occurred in 16 patients in control group,the infection rate of CRBSI was10.7‰ while CRBSI occurred in 8 patients,the infection rate of CRBSI was 3.9‰,the difference in infection rates between the 2 groups was of statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusions Bundle nursing can effectively prevent the bloodstream infection related to PICC in elderly patients in ICU.
