      目的 研究昼夜节律对于吸烟者尿液可的宁浓度的影响.方法 选取32位吸烟者,分为8组,每组4例,分别在晨间6～7点及下午5～6点集中于固定的面积为25 m2的普通民居,在lh内共吸烟4支,提取试验后lh和6h尿样,尿样以ELISA法测定各个时间点的可的宁浓度,分析可的宁整体的衰减趋势,日间与夜间的5h范围内的可的宁衰减幅度差异.结果 32位吸烟者8点样本值分别为(757.4±207.8) ng/mL,13点样本值为(562.8± 162.0) ng/mL,19点样本值为(684.3±131.5) ng/mL,24点样本值为(589.6 ±202.6) ng/mL.所有组内的2个时间点可的宁浓度随时间都呈现衰减(P均＜0.05).晨间5h衰减值为(647.89 ±205.26)ng/mL,夜间5h衰减值为(484.25±143.86) ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 主动吸烟者晨间吸烟可导致日间尼古丁代谢呈现较快水平,可影响日间体内循环可的宁处于相对高水平,易导致对后续尼古丁的渴求行为增加.

      Objective To explore the effect of circadian rhythm on urinary cotinine concentration of active smokers.Methods 32 active smokers were selected,divided into 8 groups,4 in each,and were respectively gathered in a room of 25m2 during the 2 periods from 6am to 7am and from 5pm to 6pm;each one needed to finish smoking 4 cigarettes within the time;at the time point of 1 hour and 6 hours after,the urinary samples were taken and ELISA was applied in detecting the urinary cotinine concentration at each time point;the attenuation trend of cotinine and the attenuation amplitude within 5 hours at day time and at night were analyzed.Results The value of the samples taken at 8am was (757.4±207.8) ng/mL,that at lpm was (562.8±162.0) ng/mL,that at 7pm was (684.3±131.5) ng/mL and that at 24pm was (589.6±202.6) ng/mL;the cotinine concentration between each 2 time points kept decaying (P＜0.05);the attenuation value within 5 hours in the morning was (647.89±205.26) ng/mL while that within 5 hours at night was (484.25± 143.86) ng/mL,the difference was of statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Smoking in the morning can lead to a higher level of nicotine metabolism and an increase of subsequent nicotine craving behavior.
