化痰通络汤对中老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者同型半胱氨酸的影响及临床观察

      目的 观察化痰通络汤对急性缺血性脑卒中患者同型半胱氨酸的影响及临床疗效.方法 选取风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性脑卒中中老年患者56例,用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组28例.对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用化痰通络汤,2组疗程均为14 d.测评并比较2组治疗前后血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及神经功能缺损评分.结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).2组治疗前血浆Hcy水平无明显差异,治疗后Hcy水平均明显下降(P＜0.05),且治疗后观察组血浆Hcy水平比对照组下降明显(P＜0.05).与对照组相比,观察组神经功能缺损评分下降明显(P＜0.01、P＜0.05).治疗后与治疗前比较,2组神经系统功能缺损的评分值均有明显下降(P＜0.05、P＜0.01);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后评分下降更为明显(P＜0.05).结论 化痰通络汤治疗风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性脑卒中可有效改善患者临床症状,并促进神经功能的恢复,且能明显降低血浆Hcy水平.

      Objective To observe the impact of Huatan Tongluo Decoction on homocysteine (Hey) of middle-aged patients with acute ischemic stroke and the clinical effect.Methods 56 middle-age patients with acute ischemic stroke of wind phlegm stagnation type were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,28 in each;routine therapy was performed in both groups while Huatan Tongluo Decoction was added to patients in observation group;the course of both groups lasted for 14 days;Hcy level and neurological deficit scores of the patients in the 2 groups before and after treatment were detected and evaluated and a comparative study was made between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group (P＜0.05);there existed no obvious difference in plasma Hcy levels between the 2 groups before treatment while after treatment,the Hcy levels of the patients in both groups decreased greatly (P＜0.05) and the decrease in observation group was much greater than that in control group (P＜0.05);the neurological deficit scores of the patients in observation group dropped down obviously more than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01),P ＜ 0.05);the neurological deficit scores of the patients in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment and the decrease in observation group was even greater (P＜0.05).Conclusions Huatan Tongluo Decoction is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of the patients with acute ischemic stroke of wind phlegm stagnation type,promoting the recovery of neurological function and decreasing the plasma Hcy level.
