改良小切口手术治疗老年甲状腺瘤疾病的临床观察

      目的 观察改良小切口手术对老年甲状腺瘤患者的治疗效果、术中出血量及术后并发症.方法 选择50例老年甲状腺瘤患者,按照随机数字表发分为观察组和对照组,每组25例.对照组使用常规手术方法进行治疗,观察组应用改良小切口手术治疗,分析对比2组的治疗疗效、术中出血量以及术后并发症的情况.结果 观察组有效率(92.0％)明显高于对照组(68.0％)(P＜0.05);观察组术中出血量(16.4±7.1) mL低于对照组(26.6±8.9) mL (P＜0.05).观察组术后并发呼吸困难、创口出血、手足抽搐以及术后高热等并发症发生率(8.0％)明显低于对照组(28.0％)(P＜0.05).结论 采取改良小切口手术治疗老年甲状腺瘤,效果良好,降低术中出血量及术后并发症发生率,具有一定的临床应用价值.

      Objective To observe the curative effect of modified small incision surgery in the treatment of the elderly with thyroid adenoma and its effect on bleeding volume in operation and the occurrence of complications after operation.Methods 50 elderly patients with thyroid adenoma were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,25 in each;surgery with routine incision was performed on the patients in control group while surgery with modified small incision was performed on the patients in observation group;a comparative study was made between the 2 groups in the curative effect,the bleeding volume in operation and the occurrence of complications after operation.Results The effective rate in observation group (92.0％) was much higher than that in control group (68.0％) (P＜0.05);The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(16.4±7.1) mL vs (26.6±8.9) mL,P＜0.05] while the occurrence of complications,including dyspnea,wound bleeding,hand foot convulsion and postoperative high fever,after operation in observation group (8.0％) was much lower than that in control group (28.0 ％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The modified small incision surgery is of good effect in the treatment of the elderly with thyroid adenoma;it can reduce the bleeding in operation and the occurrence of complications after operation,and is worthy of certain clinical application.
