超声引导下豪洛捷旋切术治疗老年乳腺隐匿性肿块的临床观察

      目的 探讨超声引导下豪洛捷旋切术治疗老年乳腺隐匿性肿块的效果,以寻求有效的治疗方法.方法 选取触诊阴性老年乳腺隐匿性肿块患者100例,用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例.对照组于乳晕边缘作切口行常规手术,观察组采用超声引导下豪洛捷旋切术.分别评估并比较2组的临床效果、手术效果满意度和并发症发生等.结果 观察组手术用时、术中失血量、乳房疤痕长度和住院时间均少于对照组(均P＜0.05);观察组术后恢复情况、手术疤痕和手术切口评分均低于对照组(均P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率(8.0％)少于对照组(24.0％)(P＜0.05).结论 超声引导下豪洛捷旋切术治疗老年乳腺隐匿性肿块,效果显著,安全性较高,是一种较好的治疗老年乳腺隐匿性肿块的方法.

      Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided Hologic Atherectomy on the elderly patients with impalpable breast lesions so as to seek out an effective treatment.Methods 100 elderly patients with impalpable breast lesions were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and observation group,50 in each;routine surgery with incision at the edge of areola was performed on patients in control group while ultrasound-guided Hologic Atherectomy was performed on patients in observation group;the clinical effect,surgical effect satisfaction and the occurrence of complications in the 2 groups were evaluated and compared.The clinical effect,satisfaction and complications of the 2 groups were evaluated and compared,respectively.Results The operation time length,the bleeding volume in operation and the breast scar length in observation group were much shorter and the bleeding volume in operation was greatly smaller than those in control group (P＜0.05);the scores of surgical scar and surgical incision in observation group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05)and the recovery in observation group was much superior to that in control group (P＜0.05);the occurrence of complications in observation group (8.0％) was lower than that in control group (24.0％) (P＜0.05).Conclusions Ultrsound-guided Hologic Atherectomy is of obvious effect and high safety in the treatment of the elderly with impalpable breast lesion.
