集束化护理对老年术后谵妄的预防作用

      目的 观察集束化护理干预策略对预防老年术后患者发生谵妄的作用,以寻求预防老年术后患者发生谵妄的有效方法.方法 选择住院老年术后患者323例,按照随机数字表法分为2组:传统护理组(n=162)和集束化护理组(n=161).传统护理组采取传统护理方法,集束化护理组采取集束化护理措施.使用CAM-ICU对谵妄进行评价,比较和分析2组的结果.结果 传统护理组谵妄49例,发生率为30.25％,而集束化护理组谵妄19例,发生率为11.80％,集束化护理组谵妄发生率明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 集束化护理对老年术后患者谵妄的发生可能有预防作用,具有一定的临床应用价值.

英文摘要:

      Objective To observe the preventive effect of cluster nursing intervention on postoperative delirium in elderly patients so as to search out the effective prevention.Methods 323 hospitalized elderly patients after operation were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:traditional nursing group (n =162) and cluster nursing group (n =161);traditional nursing intervention was performed in traditional nursing group while cluster nursing intervention in cluster nursing group;CAM-ICU was applied in the evaluation of delirium and the results of the patients in the 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Results 49 patients had delirium in traditional nursing group with the occurrence of 30.25 ％ while 19 patients had delirium in cluster nursing group with the occurrence of 11.80 ％;the occurrence of delirium in cluster nursing group was obviously lower than that in traditional nursing group,the difference was of statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing intervention is of certain preventive effect on the occurrence of postoperative delirium in elderly patients and it is worthy of clinical application.
