      目的 观察言语训练结合心理支持对卒中后构音障碍患者构音功能和心理功能的康复疗效.方法 选择20例脑卒中后构音障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组10例.观察组采用言语训练结合心理支持,对照组采用常规的言语训练.分析对比2组的构音功能和心理改善情况.结果 2组患者改良的Frenchay构音障碍评定量表得分与治疗前相比,均有明显下降(P＜0.01),与对照组比较,观察组下降更明显(P＜0.01);观察组a级项数较治疗前和对照组均明显提高(P＜0.01、P＜0.05);观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表得分较治疗前和对照组均明显下降(P＜0.05、P＜0.05).结论 言语训练结合心理支持有利于改善脑卒中后构音障碍患者的构音功能和心理状态.

      Objective To observe the curative effect of speech training combined with psychological support on rehabilitation of articulation function psychological function of the patients with dysarthria after stroke.Methods 20 patients with dysarthria after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,10 in each;routine speech training was performed on patients in both groups while psychological support was added to patients in observation group;articulation function and psychological improvement of the patients in the 2 groups were compared and an analysis was made.Results The scores of the modified Frenchay articulation disorder rating scale of the patients in both groups after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.01),the decrease in observation group was even greater (P ＜ 0.01);the number of "a" items of the patients in observation group after treatment was much higher than that before treatment and than that in control group (P＜0.01,P＜0.05);the scores of Hamilton depression rating scale of the patients in observation group after treatment dropped down more than those before treatment and than those in control group (P＜0.01,P＜0.05).Conclusions Speech training combined with psychological support can help improve the articulation function and mental status of the patients with dysarthria after stroke.
