      目的 评估局部神经阻滞麻醉与硬膜外阻滞麻醉相比应用于腹股沟无张力疝修补术的可行性和优势.方法 选择2014年1月-2016年6月收治的120例腹股沟疝患者,根据随机数字法分为局麻组(n=60)与硬膜外阻滞组(n=60).所有患者均行无张力疝修补术,比较2组的手术时间(从麻醉开始至手术结束)、术后疼痛评分及术后并发症.结果 局麻组手术时间较硬膜外阻滞组短[(116.5±17.5) minvs (138.2±25.7) min,P＜0.05],术后疼痛优于硬膜外阻滞组[(2.22±0.79) vS (3.65±0.60),P＜0.05].局麻组尿潴留、阴囊积液等并发症发生率低于硬膜外阻滞组.结论 腹股沟无张力疝修补术应用局部神经阻滞麻醉手术时间短,疼痛较轻,术后并发症少,安全性高,值得推广应用.

      Objective To estimate the feasibility of local nerve block anesthesia for tension-free inguinal hernia repair.Methods 120 patients with inguinal hernia hospitalized during the period from Jan.,2014 to June,2016 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:local anesthesia group and epidural block group,60 in each;all the patients in both groups received tension-free inguinal hernia repair;a comparative study was made in the time length of operation,postoperative pain and postoperative complications between the 2 groups.Results The time length of operation in local anesthesia group was shorter than that in epidural block group [(116.5±17.5) rain vs (138.2±25.7) min,P＜0.05];the VAS scores in local anesthesia group was much lower than those in epidural block group [(2.22 ± 0.79) vs (3.65 ± 0.60),P ＜ 0.05];the occurrence of urinary retention,scrotal hydrocele and other postoperative complications in local anesthesia group was lower than that in epidural block group.Conclusions Local nerve block anesthesia for tension-free inguinal hernia repair can shorten the time of operation,alleviate pain,decrease the occurrence of postoperative complications and provide higher safety,it is worthy of wider application.
