      目的 分析老年急性脑梗死患者的危险因素,为该病的早期预防提供参考依据.方法 选取100例老年急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,同时选择100例老年非急性脑梗死患者作为对照组,分析并比较2组引起急性脑梗死的危险因素.结果 通过单因素分析法发现,糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、抽烟、喝酒和焦虑抑郁等是引起老年急性脑梗死的危险因素;通过多因素分析法发现,糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、抽烟和喝酒是引发急性脑梗死的高危因素.结论 合并慢性疾病、不良生活习惯以及心理压力大的老年人更容易出现急性脑梗死,需要通过相应的干预措施,以预防急性脑梗死的发生.

      Objective To analyze the risk factors of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly so as to provide reference for the early prevention of the disease.Methods 100 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected for observation group while 100 elderly patients with no acute cerebral infarction were chosen for control group;the risk factors of acute cerebral infarction in the 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Results Single factor analysis indicated that diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,smoking,drinking,anxiety and depression were the risk factors of elderly acute cerebral infarction;multivariate analysis indicated that diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,smoking and drinking were the risk factors of elderly acute cerebral infarction.Conclusions Elderly patients with chronic diseases,bad habits and psychological stress are more likely to have acute cerebral infarction;certain intervention measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction.
