理筋整膝五步法配合华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方治疗老年性寒痹证型膝骨关节炎的疗效研究

      目的 观察理筋整膝五步法配合华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方治疗老年性寒痹证型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法 选择96例患者,按随机原则分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48).观察组给予理筋整膝五步法配合华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方治疗,对照组给予华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方治疗.在开始治疗前、治疗1周、2周和4周后分别以视觉模拟评分(VAS法)、膝关节活动度和SF-36健康调查简表对各组的病情严重程度进行评分与分析.结果 治疗后观察组VAS、膝关节活动度和SF-36健康调查简表等的评分改善情况均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 理筋整膝五步法配合华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方可有效改善老年寒痹证型膝骨关节炎患者疼痛、关节活动度和生活质量,适合临床推广.

      Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Lijin Zhengxi Wubufa plus Huashang-Ⅰ Thermotherapy on senile knee osteoarthritis of cold arthralgia.Methods 96 patients were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,48 in each;Huashang-Ⅰ Thermotherapy was applied to patients in both groups while Lijin Zhengxi Wubufa was added to patients in observation group;visual analogue scale (VAS),motion range evaluation and SF-36 health survey scale were performed in patients of the 2 groups at the time point of before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the data were collected and analyzed.Results The improvement in VAS scores,motion range and SF-36 health survey scale of the patients in observation was obvious and superior to that of the patients in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Lijin Zhengxi Wubufa plus Huashang-I Thermotherapy can effectively relieve the pain,improve motion range and raise the quality of life of the senile patients with knee osteoarthritis of cold arthralgia,and it is worthy of wider clinical application.
