改良关节松动术结合推拿治疗老年神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

      目的 观察改良关节松动术结合推拿治疗老年性神经根型颈椎病效果.方法 将116例老年性神经根型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组2组,每组58例.试验组采用改良关节松动术结合推拿治疗,对照组仅采用推拿治疗.治疗1次/d,10次为1个疗程.治疗2个疗程后,对2组患者采用目测类比疼痛分度量表评定疼痛程度,采用神经根型颈椎病的疗效评定标准评定相关症状及体征,并对2组结果进行比较.结果 试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后2组疼痛程度评分明显比治疗前降低(均P＜0.05),且试验组疼痛程度评分较对照组明显下降(P＜0.05).治疗后2组症状及体征评分均显著上升(均P＜0.05),试验组上升程度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 改良关节松动术结合推拿能够有效减轻神经根型颈椎病患者的疼痛,改善临床症状,疗效优于单纯推拿治疗组,是一种安全、快捷和有效的治疗手段,具有临床推广价值.

      Objective To observe the effect of improved joint loosening operation plus massage in the treatment of elderly nerve root cervical spondylosis.Methods 116 elderly patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and experimental group,58 in each;patients in experimental group were treated with improved joint loosening operation plus massage while those in control group were treated with massage only;all the patients received the treatment once a day,and 10 times a course;after 2 courses,the pain degrees of the patients in the 2 groups were assessed by visual analogous scale (VAS) and certain symptoms and body signs were assessed by the criteria of evaluation for nerve root cervical spondylosis,the results of the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05);the pain scores of the patients in both groups after treatment were much lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05),the scores in experiment group dropped down much more than those in control group (P＜0.05);after treatment,the scores of symptoms and body signs in both groups increased obviously and the increase in experimental group was even bigger than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions The treatment with improved joint loosening operation plus massage can effectively relieve the pain of the patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis,improve the clinical symptoms,the curative effect is superior to the treatment with massage only,it is worthy of wide clinical application.
