      目的 观察改良闭口印模法修复低平牙槽嵴全口义齿的临床疗效,以寻求有效的治疗方法.方法 选取低平牙槽嵴全口义齿修复老年患者80例,依据治疗方法分为改良闭口印模法组(n=40)和传统开口印膜法组(n=40),分别对2组患者的义齿适应情况和不良反应发生情况进行观察与比较.结果 与传统开口印膜法组比较,改良闭口印模法组义齿适应率显著升高(P＜0.05),不良反应发生率明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 改良闭口印模法修复低平牙槽嵴全口义齿的效果明显优于较传统开口印膜法,是一种安全有效的值得推广应用的治疗方法.

英文摘要:

      Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of modified close mouth impression in repairing elderly low and flat alveolar ridge denture.Methods 80 elderly patients with low and fiat alveolar ridge complete denture were divided into 2 groups:modified close mouth impression group (n =40) and traditional open mouth impression group (n =40)according to the treatment methods;the adaptation and adverse reactions in the patients of the 2 groups were observed and a comparison was made between the 2 groups.Results The rate of adaptation of the patients in modified close mouth impression group was significantly higher than that of the patients in traditional open mouth impression group (P ＜ 0.05) while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower (P＜0.05).Conclusions The modified close mouth impression is effective and safe in repairing low and flat alveolar ridge complete denture,obviously superior to traditional open mouth impression,and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
