      目的 观察和探讨经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术治疗社区老年急性胆囊炎的疗效及其应用可行性.方法 回顾和分析经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术治疗26例和非手术保守治疗37例老年急性胆囊炎的临床资料.结果 体温恢复、腹痛缓解、抗生素使用和进食时间,经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术组均明显低于非手术保守组(P＜0.05),但住院时间2组无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术是治疗老年急性胆囊炎安全、简单、疗效显著和操作方便的方法,社区医院应用也是可行的.

      Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy on acute cholecystitis in community elderly and the feasibility in application.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 26 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis treated by percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy and those of 37 elderly patients treated by non-surgical conservative therapy.Results The time length of body temperature recovery,abdominal pain relief,application of antibiotic and fasting of the patients treated by percutaneous transhepatic choloecystostomy were much shorter than that of the patients treated by conservative therapy (P＜0.05) while there existed no statistical difference in hospitalization duration between them (P＞0.05).Conclusions Percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy is safe,effective and of easy operation in treating acute cholecystitis of the elderly and it is of feasible application in community hospitals.
