      目的 观察血浆D-二聚体(D-D)和血管性血友病因子抗原(vWF∶Ag)的水平与老年非小细胞肺癌分期的相关性.方法 选择328例老年非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,检测所有患者D-D和vWF∶ Ag水平,观察不同分期患者D-D、vWF∶Ag水平,D-D、vWF∶Ag水平与TNM分期的相关性及D-D、vWF∶ Ag对中晚期肺癌的诊断价值.结果 D-D和vWF∶Ag水平随着分期增加逐渐升高(P＜0.05).D-D、vWF∶Ag均与分期呈显著正相关(r=0.537、0.613,P均＜0.05).D-D和vWF∶ Ag诊断中晚期肺癌的敏感度分别为73.43％和78.37％,特异性分为别为66.12％和74.38％;D-D和vWF∶Ag之一阳性作为标准诊断的敏感度为95.17％,特异性为42.98％;D-D和vWF∶Ag同时阳性作为标准诊断的敏感度为48.79％,特异性为92.56％.结论 D-D和vWF∶Ag与老年非小细胞肺癌分期有显著相关性,可辅助用于肺癌分期的诊断,具有临床推广价值.

      Objective To observe the correlation of D-dimer (D-D) and von Willebrand factor antigen (vWF∶ Ag) to the staging of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the elderly.Methods 328 elderly patients with NSCLC were selected and the levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag of all the patients were detected;observation was made to the levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag of the patients at different stages,and the correlation of D-D and vWF∶ Ag to TNM stage was analyzed as well as the value of D-D and vWF∶ Ag in the diagnosis of advanced lung cancer.Results The levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag went up with the increase of staging (P＜0.05) and there existed a positive correlation between the levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag and the staging (r=0.537,0.613,P＜0.05);the sensitivity of D-D and vWF∶ Ag in diagnosing advance lung cancer was 73.43％ and 78.37％ respectively while the specificity was 66.12％ and 74.38％ respectively;the diagnostic sensitivity with arbitrary positive indicators of D-D and vWF∶ Ag as the standard was 95.17 ％,and the diagnostic specificity was 42.98 ％ while the diagnostic sensitivity with both positive indicators of D-D and vWF∶ Ag as the standard was 48.79％,and the diagnostic specificity was 92.56％.Conclusions The levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag are obiously correlated to the staging of NSCLC in the elderly,which are of help in diagnosis..
