      目的 探讨影响空巢老人心理弹性的因素,为提高空巢老人心理弹性提供理论依据.方法 采用自编信效度较高的《空巢老人心理弹性问卷》在常州市随机选取240名空巢老人为调查对象,其中有效被试232名.结果 空巢老人的心理弹性总体状况良好,年龄、与子女居住类型、与子女和家庭的关系、经济状况、身体状况和子女个数对空巢老人心理弹性水平有影响;性别、婚姻、文化程度和居住状况不影响空巢老人心理弹性.结论 空巢老人心理弹性受到诸多因素影响,社会应重视空巢老人心理弹性的塑造,通过多种途径提高空巢老人心理弹性水平.

英文摘要:

      Objective To explore the influence factors of psychological resilience in empty-nest elderly.Methods The self-made "Questionnaire on Resilience in Empty-nest Elderly" was applied in the investigation of 240 empty-nest elderly randomly selected out in Changzhou City,232 retrieved questionnaires were valid.Results The psychological resilience of empty-nest elderly was generally good;age,the type of living with children,the relation with children and family,economic status,physical condition and the number of children were of certain impact on the resilience of the empty-nest elderly while gender,marriage,education level and living condition were of no impact on the resilience.Conclusions The psychological resilience of empty-nest elderly is influenced by certain factors;more attentions should be paid by the whole society to promote the resilience level of empty-nest elderly through various channels.
