      目的 观察老年痔疮患者术后并发症的特征并进行治疗,为制定有效的治疗方案提供依据.方法 选取老年痔疮患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例.2组均行标准手术治疗.对于2组术后并发症,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在与对照组相同的常规处理基础上加针对性方法治疗.观察2组治疗前后并发症情况,并进行统计学分析.结果 2组老年患者经过手术后,部分老年患者出现术后并发症,并发症包括创口疼痛、创口创伤、创口感染、尿潴留、术后出血、便秘及肛门狭窄等;治疗后观察组并发症发生情况和满意度均明显优于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 老年痔疮老年患者术后出现并发症较为普遍,针对性治疗可使并发症得到有效控制.

      Objective To observe the features of postoperative complications in elderly patients after hemorrhoids operations and the curative effect of the treatment.Methods 120 elderly patients with hemorrhoids were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and observation group,60 in each;standard surgical treatment was performed on patents in both groups;routine treatment was applied to the postoperative complications in both groups while specific treatment was added to patients in observation group;the occurrence of complications in the 2 groups before and after treatment was observed and statistical analysis was made.Results Postoperative complications occurred in some elderly patients in the 2 groups,including wound pain,wound trauma,wound infection,urinary retention,postoperative bleeding,constipation and anal stenosis;observation group was superior in complication occurrence and patient's satisfaction after treatment to control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of postoperative complication is common in elderly patients after hemorrhoids operations,specific treatment can effectively control the complications..
