预防性围手术期护理对老年膀胱癌患者术后焦虑抑郁及并发症的干预效果观察

      目的 观察预防性围手术期护理对膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection of bladder tumor,TURBT)联合即刻辅助膀胱冷冻消融术(immediate bladder cryoablation,IBC)治疗老年膀胱癌患者的焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症的影响,为寻求有效防治方法提供临床依据.方法 选择80例老年膀胱癌患者,用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例.2组患者均接受TURBT联合IBC治疗.对照组实施膀胱肿瘤围术期常规护理,试验组在与对照组相同的常规护理基础上增加TURBT联合IBC的预防性围术期护理.观察并比较2组患者术后焦虑、抑郁评分、并发症发生率和满意度等情况.结果 试验组术后焦虑评分、抑郁评分及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.05),而满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 预防性的围手术期护理可缓解接受TURBT联合IBC的老年膀胱癌患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,减少并发症的发生,并提升护理满意度.

      Objective To observe the effect of prophylactic perioperative nursing on the scores of anxiety and depression and the occurrence of complications in the elderly patients with bladder cancer after transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) plus immediate bladder cryoablation (IBC).Methods 80 elderly patients with bladder cancer were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and experiment group,40 in each;TURBT plus IBC was performed on all the patients in the 2 groups;the routine nursing in the perioperative period of bladder caner was made to all the patients in both groups while the prophylactic nursing in the perioperative period of TURBT plus IBC was added to patients in experiment group;the scores of anxiety and depression,the occurrence of complications and the patient's satisfaction of the patients in the 2 groups after operation were observed and compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression and the occurrence of complications of the patients in experiment group after operation were obviously lower than those in control group (P＜ 0.05) while the patient's satisfaction in experiment group was higher than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions The prophylactic perioperative nursing can alleviate the anxiety and depression in patients after TURBT plus IBC,decrease the occurrence of complications and raise the patient's satisfaction
