      目的 观察经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、术后恢复效果及预后,为其治疗提供方法.方法 对我院2015年1月～2017年1月收治的80例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术组(观察组)和传统开放手术组(对照组),对2组的手术时间、VAS评分、ODI评分和LAS评分进行统计分析与比较.结果 2组患者治疗后的VAS评分、ODI评分和LAS评分均显著低于治疗前(均P＜0.05);治疗前2组的VAS评分、ODI评分和LAS评分的差异比较均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05),治疗后观察组的LAS评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),但2组的VAS评分和ODI评分的差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术与传统开放手术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的VAS评分相当,但前者较后者更能改善患者的术后恢复效果及预后.

      Objective To observe the VAS scores,postoperative recovery effects and prognosis of the elderly with osteoporsis vertebral compression fracture treated by percutaneous puncture bone cement vertebral plasty.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 80 elderly with osteoporsis vertebral compression fracture hospitalized during the period from Jan.,2015 to Jan.,2017;the elderly were divided into 2 groups:observation group (treated by percutaneous puncture bone cement vertebral plasty) and control group (treated by traditional open surgery);the operation time length,VAS scores,ODI scores and LAS scores of the elderly in the 2 groups were statistical analyzed and compared.Results LAS scores of the elderly in both groups after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05) while their VAS scores and ODI scores after treatment were of no obvious difference from those before treatment (P＞ 0.05);before treatment,no difference of statistical significance in VAS scores,ODI scores and LAS scores was found between the 2 groups (P＞ 0.05);after treatment,the LAS scores in observation group was much lower than that in control group (P＜ 0.05) while there existed no statistical difference in VAS scores and ODI scores between the 2 groups after treatment (P＞0.05).Conclusions Percutaneous puncture bone cement vertebral plasty shares similar VAS scores with traditional open surgery in treating elderly osteoporsis vertebral compression fracture while it can improve the postoperative recovery effects and prognosis.
