益气活血养阴复脉法治疗冠心病心律失常患者的动态心电图和低密度脂蛋白的变化观察

      目的 观察益气活血和养阴复脉法治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者的动态心电图(DCG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、空腹血糖(FBG)和血液流变学的变化.方法 将80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例;2组患者均接受西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组西医常规治疗的基础上,口服以益气活血和养阴复脉立法组方的中药水煎剂,2次/d,200 mL/次,2组皆治疗6个月;检测并比较治疗前后2组患者的DCG、LDL-c、空腹血糖和血液流变学等指标的变化情况.结果 治疗后观察组改善动态心电图疗效作用优于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组和对照组的LDL-c均明显降低(P＜0.01、P＜0.05),但2组之间差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05);2组患者的血糖和血液流变学指标治疗前后无明显变化(P＞0.05).结论 益气活血和养阴复脉立法组成的中药汤剂治疗老年冠心病心律失常,患者动态心电图变化明显,低密度脂蛋白水平明显降低.能够改善DCG和降低LDL-c.

英文摘要:

      Objective To observe the changes of DCG,LDL-c,FBC and hemorheological index of the elderly with coronary heart disease with arrhythmia after Yi Qi Huo Xue Yang Qi Fu Mai therapy.Methods 80 elderly were randomly di vided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,40 in each;routine therapy of Western medicine was applied to the elderly in both groups while oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of the formula for Yi Qi Huo Xue and Yang Qi Fu Mai,twice a day,200 mL once;the courses of the 2 groups both lasted for 6 months;DCG examination,detection of LDL-c,FBG and hemorheological tests were made to the elderly in both groups before and after treatment and a comparative study was performed between the 2 groups.Results The changes of DCG of the elderly in observation group was superior to those in control group (P＜0.05);the levels of LDL-c dropped down obviously after treatment in all the elderly of both groups (P＜0.01,P＜0.05) while the difference between the 2 groups was of no statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The Decoction of Chinese Medicine for Yi Qi Huo Xue and Yang Yin Fu Mai therapy,could improved DCG and reduced LDL-c figures.
