      目的 探讨老年痔疮患者术后并发症的预防措施,为有效防治术后并发症提供参考.方法 选择90例老年痔疮患者,根据预防措施的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组45例.对照组应用常规干预措施,观察组在对照组相同的常规干预措施基础上应用针对性干预措施.分别观察2组的术后并发症发生情况、干预质量评分和患者满意度评分情况等.结果 对照组术后并发症有疼痛40例(88.89％)、尿潴留22例(48.89％)、出血4例(8.89％)、便秘8例(17.78％)、肛门狭窄3例(6.67％)和创口感染7例(15.56％),而观察组有疼痛22例(48.89％)、尿潴留11例(24.44％)、出血1例(2.22％)、便秘2例(4.44％)、肛门狭窄0例(0％)和创口感染1例(2.22％),观察组的术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(均P＜0.05);对照组干预质量评分和患者满意度评分分别为(81.24±2.45)分和(82.12±2.04)分,而观察组分别为(92.15±1.05)分和(93.04±1.01)分,观察组评分值均明显高于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 针对性干预措施可有效地降低老年痔疮患者术后并发症的产生,具有一定的预防作用和临床应用价值.

      Objective To explore the effective preventions of complication occurrence in the elderly people after hem orrhoid operations.Methods 90 elderly cases with hemorrhoid were selected and divided,according to the preventive measures applied,into 2 groups:observation group and control group,45 cases in each;routine intervention was applied to cases in both groups while targeted intervention was added to cases in observation group;an observation was made to the occurrence of postoperative complications,the scores of intervention quality self-assessment scale and the scores of patient satisfaction.Results Postoperative complications occurred in observation group vs in control group as follows:pain in 22 cases (48.89％) / in 40 cases (88.89％),urinary retention in 11 cases (24.44％) / in 22 cases (48.89％),hemorrhage in 1 case (2.22％) /in 4 cases (8.89％),constipation in 2 cases (4.46％) / in 8 cases (17.78％),anal stenosis in 0 case (0％) / in 3 cases (6.67 ％) and wound infection in 1 case (2.22％) / in 7 cases (15.56％);the complication occurrence in observation group was much lower than that in control group (P＜0.05);the scores of intervention quality and of patient satisfaction in control group were 81.24±2.45 and 93.04± 1.01 respectively,the scores in observation group were much higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Targeted interventions are of certain preventive and clinical effect in decreasing the complication occurrence in elderly people after hemorrhoid operations.
