      目的 评价简易精神状态检查(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(activities ofdaily living,ADL)在早期认知功能障碍筛查中的应用价值.方法 2015年6月-9月在上海市某社区随机选取300例老人,分别从年龄、性别、文化程度、慢性疾病及有无家庭照护进行调查,并联合采用MMSE和ADL量表对社区老人认知功能的状况进行评估筛查.结果 MMSE及ADL评估的有效应答率均为100％.根据MMSE评估不同程度认知功能障碍患者ADL评分差异有统计学意义(P=0.04).结论 采用MMSE及ADL对早期认知功能障碍筛查有积极的指导意义.

      Objective To estimate the application value of mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and activities of daily living (ADL) in the screening of early cognitive impairment in community elderly.Methods During the period from June,2015 to September,2015,300 elderly were randomly selected from a community in Shanghai;investigations were made to age,gender,educational level,chronic diseases and presence of family care and a combined application of MMSE and ADL was performed in screening the cognitive function of the community elderly.Results The effective response rates of MMSE and ADL were both 100％;the difference in ADL scores among the elderly with cognitive impairment of different degree assessed by MMSE was of statistical significance (P=0.04).Conclusions The combined application of MMSE and ADL in screening the early cognitive impairment in community elderly is of positive guiding significance.
