      目的 探讨人性化护理对老年糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的影响,以寻求更好的护理措施.方法 收集2015年1月-2017年1月期间我院收治的40例接受人性化护理老年糖尿病患者作为观察组,并选择40例接受常规护理的老年糖尿病患者作为对照组,检测并比较2组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平,运用DMQLS对2组患者生活质量进行评分与统计分析.结果 人性化观察组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.05),心理维度、社会维度、满意度评分及DMQLS总分均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 人性化护理可有效降低老年糖尿病患者的血糖水平,并提升患者的生活质量.

      Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing on blood glucose level and quality of life of the elderly with diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 elderly with diabetes hospitalized during the period from Jan.,2015 to Jan.,2017 were selected,out of which,40 cases were given humanistic nursing (observation group) and the left 40 were given routine nursing (control group);detection and comparison were made to the fast blood glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose (2 hPG) of the cases in the 2 groups,and DMQLS was applied in evaluating the quality of life;statistical analysis was performed.Results The levels of fast blood glucose and 2 hPG of the cases in observation group were obviously lower than those of the cases in control group (P ＜ 0.05),as well as the scores of psychological dimension,social dimension,patient satisfaction and the total scores of DMQLS (P＜0.05).Conclusions Humanistic nursing is of certain help in decreasing the blood glucose level of the elderly with diabetes and promoting the quality of life..
