      目的 探讨规范化建立衰老研究的共享样本库,标准化样本信息管理.方法 制定样本库标准操作流程(SOP),收集、处理及保存患者的组织、血浆、核酸等样本,全程质量控制.应用信息管理软件进行样本和患者临床信息录入.开放数据库,申请通过审核后可共享样本资源.结果 自2013年建库以来,入库病种主要为帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、脂肪肝等共16个病种.大于60岁的体检人群约3 000例.入库样本共32 000份,样本库样本使用率在23％左右.样本质量检测结果表明所收集标本质量较好.建立了规范化的样本信息共享管理系统.结论 高质量共享样本库的建立和应用,是衰老发病机制研究的基石,是生物样本库可持续发展的保证.

      Objective To discuss the normalized establishment of shared biobank for aging research and the standard sample information management.Methods The standardized operation procedure (SOP) of biobank was made;the whole process quality control was performed on the collection,disposure and preservation of patients' tissues,blood and nuclein;the information management software was applied in the input of clinical data of the samples and patients;the data were openaccessed and the samples were to be shared after application checked.Results Specimen of 16 kinds of diseases had been collected since the setup of the biobank in 2013,including Parkinson's disease,Alzheimerdisease,hepatic adipose infiltration and etc.;in total,there were 32000 specimen in the biobank and the utilization kept at about 23 ％,and the sample quality test showed that the specimen were with good quality;the normalized managing system of information share was fully set up.Conclusions The establishment and application of high-quality biobank provides the basis for the pathogenic mechanism research of aging and also guarantee the sustainable development of the biobank.
