      目的 在常规康复训练基础上,探讨肌肉能量技术改善老年膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法 选择60例老年膝骨关节炎门诊患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.2组常规康复治疗相同,观察组在常规康复基础上予以肌肉能量技术治疗.采用直观模拟量表(VAS)、膝关节活动度(ROM)、股四头肌肌力及JOA膝骨性关节炎疗效判定标准分别评估并比较2组在治疗前和治疗4周后的临床疗效.结果 经过4周治疗后,2组患者的VAS、ROM、股四头肌肌力及JOA评分结果均较治疗前改善(均P<0.05),且观察组改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05).结论 膝关节肌肉能量技术联合常规康复治疗能显著缓解老年膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛,改善患者膝关节活动度,提高股四头肌肌力,促进老年膝关节功能的恢复.
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the clinical effect of muscle energy technique (MET) combined with conventional rehabilitation program on elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods 60 elderly out-patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled and were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,30 in each;conventional rehabilitation program was carried out for 4 weeks in both groups while MET program was added to patients in observation group;VAS,protractor measurement of ROM,isokinetic muscle strength testing and training system and JOA scores were applied to patients in both groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the clinical curative effects in the 2 groups were compared and evaluated.Results The VAS scores,ROM,quadriceps muscle strength and JOA scores of the patients in both group after 4-week treatment were superior to those before treatment (P < 0.05) and the improvement in observation group was obviously bigger than that in control group (P< 0.05).Conclusions MET combined with conventional rehabilitation program can obviously relieve the pain of the elderly patients with KOA,improve ROM,enhance quadriceps muscle strength and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
