      目的 观察甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效、不良反应及复发率等,明确其临床应用效果,为治疗老年性阴道炎提供有效方法.方法 选择2014年8月-2016年8月在西安医学院附属北方医院接受治疗的60例老年性阴道炎患者,按照数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.对照组仅给予甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组在与对照组治疗相同的基础上给予雌激素软膏治疗.观察2组的疗效、不良反应及复发率,检测2组的血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)水平,并对2组的数据进行统计学分析和比较.结果 治疗后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(96.7％ vs73.3％,P＜0.05),而2组的治疗后不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);经过随访观察,观察组治疗1个月后复发率、治疗3个月后复发率及治疗半年后复发率均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.05);观察组的FSH和E2水平均显著优于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效比单纯用甲硝唑栓效果更好,有一定的临床应用价值.

      Objective To observe the curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence of metronidazole suppositories combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 60 patients with senile vaginitis hospitalized during the period from August,2014 to August,2016 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,30 in each;metronidazole suppositories were applied to patients in both groups while estrogen ointment was added to patients in observation group;the curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence in the 2 groups were observed and serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2) were detected;the data of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The total effect in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (96.7 ％ vs 73.3 ％,P ＜ 0.05) while the adverse reactions after treatment in the 2 groups were of no statistical difference (P＞0.05);follow-up indicated that the recurrences 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment in observation group were all lower than those in control group (P＜0.05);the levels of FSH and E2 of the patients in observation group were significantly superior to those of the patients in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The combined application of metronidazole suppository and estrogen ointment is of better curative effect on senile vaginitis than single application of metronidazole suppository,which is of certain clinical application value.
