      目的 观察类肺炎表现的肺泡细胞癌的临床表现,以提高对细支气管肺泡癌临床表现及影像学多样性的认识.方法 回顾总结2010年5月-2017年5月收治的16例细支气管肺泡癌患者的临床资料及诊治经过,并进行文献复习.结果类肺炎肺泡癌患者病程长,一般无感染中毒症状,影像学表现与肺泡癌病理基础有关.结论 类肺炎细支气管肺泡癌临床表现及影像学缺乏特异性,极易误诊,需要把病程、临床症状和影像等结合起来分析,才能避免误诊.

英文摘要:

      Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and imaging fmdings of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC) with pneumonic radiological presentation.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 16 cases with bronchioloalveolar carcinoma hospitalized during the period from May,2010 to May,2017 and literature review was performed.Results BAC with pneumonic radiological presentation was of long course,usually with no clinical manifestation of infection,and the imaging features were of certain association with the pathological classification.Conclusions The clinical manifestations and imaging features of BAC with pneumonic radiological presentation are not specific,thus misdiagnosis is often led to;correct diagnosis can be made with a combined analysis of disease course,clinical symptoms and CT images.
