      目的 观察个性化护理对老年胆结石手术患者术前焦虑和护理满意度的干预效果,以明确其临床应用价值和意义.方法 选取接受胆结石手术且伴有术前焦虑的老年患者180例,利用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组90例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在与对照组相同常规护理的基础上,给予个性化护理.通过汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分来评价2组的焦虑情况,同时评估2组的护理满意度,对2组数据进行统计学分析和比较.结果 护理前,2组HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05;护理后,2组患者HAMA评分比护理前均显著下降,而观察组HAMA评分下降程度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组总护理满意度明显高于对照组(95.56％ vs 64.44％,P＜ 0.05).结论 个性化护理可改善胆结石手术患者术前焦虑程度,提升护理满意度,具有一定的临床应用价值和意义.

      Objective To observe the intervention effect of personalized nursing on preoperative anxiety nursing satisfaction in the elderly with choloelithiasis.Methods 180 elderly receiving cholelithiasis surgery with preoperative anxiety were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,90 in each;routine nursing was performed on the elderly in both groups while personalized nursing was added to the elderly in observation group;Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) was applied in evaluating the anxiety of the elderly in the 2 groups and the nursing satisfaction was assessed;the data were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The scores of HAMA in the 2 groups before intervention were of no statistical difference (P＞0.05) while after intervention,the scores of HAMA in both groups dropped down obviously,and the decrease of HAMA scores in observation group was greater than that in control group (P＜0.05);the nursing satisfaction in observation group was much higher than that in control group (95.56％ vs 64.44％,P＜0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing can improve the preoperative anxiety of the patients of cholelithiasis surgery and raise the nursing satisfaction,it is of certain clinical application value and significance.
