      目的 分析泌尿外科老年患者手术室护理风险和干预措施,以供护理配合提高临床手术疗效参考.方法 选取铜川市人民医院手术麻醉科在2015年1月-2017年1月收治124例老年泌尿外科手术患者进行护理效果的回顾性分析,依照不同护理方式进行分组:对照组和观察组.对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予手术风险预警和防范干预护理措施.分析2组护理的效果.结果 对照组出现护理风险事件8件,原因包括护理技术缺陷、意识淡薄和过度疲劳,观察组没有出现护理技术欠缺和服务意识欠缺等风险事件,观察组护士长和护理部抽查评分[(0.12±0.03)和(0.11±0.04)]均低于对照组[(0.68±0.26)和(0.72-±-0.19)] (P＜0.05).观察组差错潜在危险问题和护理缺陷发生率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),手术医师满意度(98.4％)显著高于对照组(80.6％)(P＜0.05).结论 泌尿外科老年患者手术存在较多安全隐患,护理人员在术中应严密配合手术操作,给予手术风险预警和防范干预护理,提高护理效果,为患者提供优质护理服务.

英文摘要:

      Objective To analyze the risk factors of operation nursing in the elderly patients in department of urology and the interventional measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the nursing effect of the 124 elderly patients in department of urology,who were divided,according to the nursing methods,into 2 groups:control group and observation;routine nursing was performed in control group while operation risk warning and preventive nursing intervention were applied to patients in observation group;the nursing effect in both groups were studied.Results 8 nursing risk events occurred in control group due to nursing technical defaults,weak nursing consciousness and overfatique while no risk events caused by nursing technical defaults and insufficiency of service conception occurred in observation group;the inspection scores of head nurses and nursing department in observation group [(0.12±0.03) and (0.11 ±0.04)] were much lower than those in control group [(0.68-±-0.26) and (0.72 ±0.19)] (P ＜ 0.05);the potential risks and nursing technical defaults in observation group were obviously less than in control group (P＜0.05) while the satisfaction of surgeons in observation group (98.4％) was much higher than that in control group (80.6％) (P＜0.05).Conchisions There exists certain potential safety hazards in the operations of the elderly patients in department of urology and nurses should make close cooperation with surgeon in surgical operation.
