      目的 探讨电磁神经导航系统结合术中实时超声在幕上肿瘤精准手术中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2016年11月-2017年11月在复旦大学附属华东医院院神经外科利用电磁导航结合术中实时超声开颅手术切除的大脑幕上病变临床资料.结果 总手术53例,其中男性32例,女性21例;导航及B超准备时间平均小于10 min;手术全切46例(86.8%).50例神经功能无明显减退,神经功能较术前减退3例,占5.7%,肿瘤偏离术区发生率为0.结论 电磁导航联合术中超声能优势互补,具有无创和操作方便优势.能提供安全、精准手术.有助于降低手术并发症和提高手术疗效.
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the value of electromagnetic navigation system plus intraoperative ultrasound applied in precise surgery of supratentorial tumor.Methods A retraspective analysis was made to clinical data of 53 patients with supratentorial lesions undergoing cerebrial surgery with electromagnetic navigation system plus intraoperative ultrasound during the period from Nov.,2016 to Nov.,2017.Results Out of the 53 patients,32 were male and 21 were female;the preparation time of electromagnetic navigation system and the ultrasound was shorter than 10 minutes;total remove was made in 46 patients,taking up 86.8 % of the all;the neurological function of 3 patients decreased after surgery while the other 50 recovered;deviation from tumor surgery area occurred in no case.Conclusions The application of electromagnetic navigation system plus intraoperative ultrasound is of mutal complementary advantages;it is non-invasive,easily operated,safe and precise,leads to decrease of coomplication occurrence and improvement in surgical outcome.
