      目的 观察从肾论治肾虚髓亏型阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)患者的临床疗效.方法 采用随机、双盲双模拟、阳性药物平行对照研究设计.将68例AD患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用补肾益髓方与多奈哌齐模拟剂;对照组采用多奈哌齐与补肾益髓方模拟剂.在治疗前、治疗后24周及治疗后48周进行简易智能精神状态量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分,同时观察临床疗效.结果 治疗24周后,试验组MMSE总分、语言、延迟回忆、注意力及计算力较治疗前改善(均P＜0.05);对照组MMSE总分、语言、注意力及计算力较治疗前改善(均P＜0.05).试验组延迟回忆优于对照组,2组MMSE总分及余各分项差异无统计学意义.治疗后48周,试验组MMSE总分、延迟回忆、注意力及计算力较治疗前改善(P＜0.05);对照组MMSE总分及各分项较治疗前无统计学意义.试验组MMSE总分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),余各分项差异无统计学意义.结论 补肾益髓方对改善AD患者的神经功能具有一定疗效.

      Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment with Bushenyisui Formula on patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods A randomized,double-blinded,double-dummy,positive drug controlled trial was conducted;68 AD patients were divided into 2 groups:experiment group and control group,34 in each;the treatment with Bushenyisui Formula and donepezil analogue were applied to patients in experiment group while donepezil and the Bushenyisui Formula analogue were applied to patients in control group;mini-mental state examination (MMSE) was made on all the patients before treatment,24 weeks after treatment and 48 weeks after treatment,and the clinical effect was observed.Results 24 weeks after treatment,the total scores of MMSE,language ability,delayed memory,attention and calculation power of the patients in experiment group were much more improved than before treatment (P＜0.05),the same in control group except delayed memory (P＜0.05);the delayed memory of the patients in experiment group was superior to that of the patients in control group;there existed no statistical difference in total scores of MMSE and the scores of other subitems between the 2 groups;48 weeks after treatment,the total scores of MMSE,delayed memory,attention and calculation power of the patients in experiment group were more improved than before treatment (P＜0.05) while the total scores of MMSE and the scores of other subitems of the patients in control group were of no statistical difference from those before treatment;the total scores of MMSE in experiment group were superior to those in control group,the difference was of statistical significance (P＜0.05),and the difference in the scores of other subitems between the 2 groups was of no statistical significance.Conclusions The treatment with Bushenyisui Formula is of certain effect in improving the neurological function of AD patients.
