右归胶囊治疗绝经后女性下肢动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效观察

      目的 观察右归胶囊治疗绝经后女性下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病(lower extremity atherosclerotic disease,LEAD)的临床疗效.方法 将64例绝经后LEAD女性患者随机分为观察组(n=32)和试验组(n=32).年龄60～95岁,平均(72.8±10.5)岁.观察组患者在一般治疗的基础上,口服西洛他唑胶囊,50 mg,2次/d;试验组在观察组的基础上,口服右归胶囊,1.8g,3次/d.所有患者连续治疗12周,并在治疗前后分别检测E2和ABI,评价中医证候积分.结果 治疗前2组ABI差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组ABI未见改善,试验组ABI治疗前后差异有统计学意义[(0.52±0.06)vs (0.73 ±0.08),P＜0.05],且治疗后试验组ABI优于观察组[(0.73±0.08) vs (0.57±0.07),P＜0.05].治疗前所有患者E2均＜20 pg/mL,治疗后试验组E2升高,且改善优于观察组(84.34％ vs 0％,P＜0.01).治疗后试验组总有效率优于观察组(87.5％ vs 43.8％,P＜0.01).结论 右归胶囊能够改善绝经后女性的E2水平,升高ABI,改善LEAD的中医证候.

      Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yougui capsule on lower extremity atherosclerotic disease (LEAD) in postmenopausal women.Methods 64 postmenopausal women,aged from 60 to 95 with the average of (72.8± 10.5) years,were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and experiment group,32 in each;general treatment plus oral administration of cilostazol capsules (50 mg once,twice a day) was performed on all the patients in both groups while oral administration of Yougui capsules (1.8 g once,3 times a day) was added to patients in experiment group;the courses in the 2 groups both lasted for 12 weeks;the detections ofestradiol (E2) and ankle brachial index (ABI) were made before and after treatment respectively and TCM syndrome scores were evaluated.Results Before treatment,there existed no statistical difference in ABI between the 2 groups;after treatment,no improvement in ABI in observation group;ABI in experiment group after treatment was statistically different from that before treatment [(0.52±0.06) vs (0.73±0.08),P＜0.05] and was superior to that in observation group [(0.73 ±0.08) vs (0.57±0.07),P＜ 0.05];before treatment,E2 of all the patients in both groups were under 20 pg/mL while,after treatment,E2 of the patients in experiment group increased and was superior to that of the paitents in observation group (84.34 ％ vs 0 ％,P ＜ 0.01);after treatment,the total effective rate in experiment group was higher than that in observation group (87.5％ vs 43.8％,P＜0.01).Conclusions Yougui capsules can increase the level of E2 in postmenopausal women,raise ABI and improve the TCM syndrome scores of LEAD.
