      目的 研究乳果糖联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散(和爽)在80岁以上高龄便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果.方法 32例在复旦大学附属华东医院老年科住院行肠镜检查的高龄便秘患者,按随机数字表法为观察组和对照组,每组16例.观察组患者检查前3d起,每天晨起后空腹服用乳果糖30 mL,检查前1d晚上将适量的复方聚乙二醇电解质散(和爽)溶解于2 000 mL温开水中,7点钟开始服用,要求患者以能耐受的最快速度将2 000 mL液体在2h内服完,服完后再饮水500～2000mL.对照组患者检查前1d晚上将适量的复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶解于2000 mL温开水中,7点钟开始服用,要求患者以能耐受的最快速度将2 000 mL液体在2h内服完,服完后再饮水500～2 000 mL.比较2组患者肠道清洁度及患者耐受性.结果 所有患者均完成肠镜检查.观察组服药后首次排便时间少于对照组(P＜0.05),肠道清洁度大于对照组(P＜0.05),2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义.结论 对于高龄便秘患者应用乳果糖联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备肠道清洁度高,安全性好.

      Objective To observe the application effect of lactulose oral solution plus polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in bowel preparation of the elderly over 80 years old with constipation before colonoscopy.Methods 32 elderly with constipation were randomly divided into 2 groups:bservation group and control group,16 in each;for cases in observation group,3 days before colonoscopy,they started to take 30 mL of lactulose oral solution every morning on an empty stomach;cases in both groups dissolved polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in 2 000 mL of water on the night before colonoscopy and from 7 o'clock in the morning,within 2 hours,they drank over the 2 000 mL solution at the quickest speed that they could endure,and then,drank over 500 mL to 2 000 mL of water;the bowel cleanliness and the tolerance of the cases in the 2 groups were compared.Results All the cases went through the colonoscopy;the time of first defection in observation group was earlier than that in control group (P＜0.05) and the bowel cleanliness of the cases in observation group was better than that in control group (P＜ 0.05);there existed no statistical difference in the occurrence of side effects between the 2 groups.Conclusions It is of better bowel cleanliness and greater safety to apply lactulose oral solution plus polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the bowel preparation of the senile with constipation before colonoscopy..
