      目的 评价咀嚼口香糖法在老年人结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果.方法 选择2017年2月-6月在复旦大学附属华东医院消化内镜中心就诊的老年患者198例,分为对照组99例,干预组99例.对照组按照结肠镜检查常规行肠道准备及指导,干预组在常规准备基础上,对受检者指导其在服药间歇有计划地咀嚼口香糖,比较2组受检者不良反应发生的情况和肠道准备清洁度.结果 2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),干预组的肠道清洁度优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 老年人结肠镜检查前肠道准备期间指导其有计划地咀嚼口香糖,可提高肠道准备清洁效果.

      Objective To evaluate the effect of chewing gum in bowel preparation of the elderly patients before colonoscopy.Methods 198 elderly patients for colonoscopy during the period from Feb.,2017 to Jane,2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups:control group and intervention group,99 in each;routine bowel preparation and instructions were performed on all patients while chewing gums at the intervals of medication was added to patients in intervention group;the occurrence of adverse reactions and bowel cleanliness of the patients in the 2 groups were compared.Results There existed no statistical difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups (P＞0.05) while the bowel cleanliness of the patients in intervention group was much better than that of the patients in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Before colonoscopy guiding the elderly in a planned manner during bowel preparation like chewing gum can improve bowel preparation cleaning effect.Chewing gum in bowel preparation of the elderly patients before colonoscopy can raise the bowel cleanliness.
