      目的 回顾性分析交通事故所致老年患者胫腓骨骨折的临床情况,为寻求有效的防治策略提供参考.方法 选取交通事故所致老年胫腓骨骨折患者80例,进行临床回顾性分析.80例中采取骨牵引及支架外固定有26例、小夹板+手法整复有25例、Liss板有11例、锁定加压钢板有10例和交锁髓内钉有8例;对患者的骨折情况、交通事故情况、合并伤、并发症和疗效等进行分析.结果 80例患者主要为开放性骨折,车与车相撞车内挤压是主要的交通事故,合并伤和并发症较多;80例患者治疗后,疗效优40例、良26例、可8例和差6例,优良率为82.5％ (66/80).结论 交通事故容易导致老年胫腓骨骨折,具有较为严重的伤情和并发症等,应该采取切实有效的防范措施,以免发生交通事故而威胁人的健康.

      Objective To make a clinical analysis of tibial and fibula fracture in the elderly caused by traffic accidents.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 80 elderly with tibial and fibula fracture caused by traffic accidents;out of the 80,26 cases were treated with bone traction and external fixator immobilization,25 cases with manipulative reduction combined with small splint,11 cases with Liss plates,1o cases with locking compression plates and 8 cases with interlocking nails;analysis was made to fractures,traffic accidents,associated injuries,complications and curative effects.Results The 80 cases mainly suffered from open fractures caused by traffic accidents of vehicle collision with in-car squeeze,most of them had associated injuries and complications;the curative effect was excellent in 40 cases,good in 26 cases,fair in 8 cases and poor in 6 cases,the excellent rate reached 82.5％ (66/80).Conclusions Traffic accidents easily lead to tibial and fibula fractures in the elderly with serious injuries and complications,and certain effective preventive measures should be taken to avoid traffic accidents.
