      目的 评价酚妥拉明加绿药膏处理老年人输注可达龙致静脉炎的效果.方法 选择老年人外周静脉输注可达龙注射液致2级静脉炎患者61例,随机分成两组,试验组为酚妥拉明加绿药膏处理静脉炎(30例),对照组为50％硫酸镁组(31例),比较两组在24h、48 h、72 h愈合时间以及疼痛指标.结果 两组治愈时间上有统计学差异(P＜0.05),两组患者在24 h、48 h、72 h疗效上没有统计学差异(P＞0.05),在24 h疼痛分级比较上有统计学的差异(P＜0.01),在48 h、72 h疼痛分级比较上没有统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 酚妥拉明加绿药膏处理老年人输注可达龙致静脉炎确切有效,早期缓解疼痛效果尤为明显.

      Objective To observe the effect of phentolamine plus green ointment on phlebitis induced by venous infusion of amiodarone in the elderly.Methods 61elderly with phlebitis induced by peripheral venous infusion of amiodarone were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:experiment group (n=30) and control group (n=31);the eases in experiment group were treated with phentolamine plus green ointment while those in control group with 50 ％ magnesium sulfate;a comparative study was made to the curative effects and pain indexes at the time point of 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after treatment between the 2 groups.Results There existed a statistical difference in healing time between the 2 groups (P＜0.05) while the curative effects at the time point of 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after treatment in the 2 groups were of no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05);the pain indexes of the cases in the 2 groups at the time point of 24 hours after treatment were of statistical difference (P＜0.01) while those at 48 hours and 72 hours after treatment were of no statistical difference (P＞ 0.05).Conclusions Phentolamine plus green ointment is of definite effect on phlebitis induced by the infusion of amiodarone in the elderly,especially effective in early pain relief.
