      目的 评价不同减压方式对预防无创通气老年患者鼻梁处压力性损伤的效果.方法 97例老年患者,年龄60 ~94岁,平均(77.7±9.7)岁,按入院时间分成3组.分别在鼻面部使用透明敷贴(观察组1)、泡沫敷料(观察组2)及赛肤润与泡沫敷料(观察组3),观察3组患者使用无创通气面罩每天使用时间、累计使用时间、发生压力性损伤的情况、使用敷料的种类、数量及经济化费.结果 3组患者发生压力性损伤的情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组1与观察组2压力性损伤的发生差异无统计学意义(P>0.017),观察组2与观察组3压力性损伤的发生差异无统计学意义(P>0.017),观察组1与观察组3发生压力性损伤的情况差异有统计学意义(P>0.017);观察组3的敷料花费高于观察组1和观察组2,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 赛肤润与泡沫敷料联合使用对预防无创通气鼻梁处压力性损伤的效果最佳.
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the effect of different decompressions in preventing pressure injury at the bridge of the nose in the elderly with noninvasive ventilation.Methods 97 elderly patients,aged from 60 to 94 with the average of (77.7±9.7) years old,were divided,according to the time of admission,into 3 groups:group Ⅰ (transparent sticking),group Ⅱ (foam dressing) and group Ⅲ (skin moist and foam dressing);observation was made to the daily using time and the daily cumulative time of noninvasive ventilation nasal mask,the occurrence of pressure injury,the types and application amount of dressing and economic cost in the 3 groups.Results The difference in pressure injury occurrence among the patients in the 3 groups was of statistical significance (P<0.05);the difference in pressure injury occurrence between observation group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was of no statistical significance (P>0.017) while that between observation group Ⅰ and observation group Ⅲ was of statistical significance (P>0.017);the cost of dressing in group Bwas higher than those in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ with no statistical difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions The combined application of skin moist and foam dressing is of best decompression effect in preventing pressure injury at the bridge of the nose in the elderly with noninvasive ventilation.
