      目的 观察益气通阳活血方合调畅情志的怡心通络法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者临床疗效,焦虑抑郁症状评分、以及心电图和TG的变化.方法 将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例.治疗组在对照组西医常规治疗的基础上,口服益气通阳活血方中药水煎剂,2次/d,200 mL/次,并给予健康宣教、调畅情志等方法共6个月.观察患者的临床疗效,焦虑抑郁症状评分,检测治疗前后心电图、TG的变化.结果 治疗组总有效率为93.33％,对照组为70.00％,疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后治疗组焦虑抑郁评分明显降低(P＜0.01),2组之间焦虑抑郁评分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组改善心电图疗效作用优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组和对照组的TG均明显降低(P＜0.001),2组之间TG差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 益气通阳活血方合调畅情志的怡心通络法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者疗效显著,能够降低患者的焦虑抑郁评分,以及改善心电图及TG.

      Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongyang Huoxue Decoction with Yixin Tongluo Therapy of smooth emotions in treating angina with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the elderly with coronary heart disease (CHD) and the changes in the scores of anxiety and depression symptom,ECG and TG.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group and control group,30 in each;conventional treatment of Western medicine was performed on cases in both group while oral administration of Yiqi Tongyang Huoxue decoction,twice a day and 200 mL once,was added to cases in treatment group as well as health education and therapy of smooth emotions;the course lasted for 6 months;an observation was made to the clinical effect,including the changes in the scores of anxiety and depression symptoms,the changes of ECG and TG after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33％ while that in control group was 70.00％,the curative effect in treatment group was much superior than that in control group with statistical difference (P＜0.05);after treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression decreased much more in treatment group than in control group (P＜ 0.01) and there existed a statistical difference between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05);the improvement of ECG in treatment group was much superior to that in control group (P＜0.05);obvious decrease of TG was found in both groups (P＜0.01) while the difference between the 2 groups was of statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusions Yiqi Tongyang Huoxue Decoction with Yixin Tongluo Therapy of smooth emotions is of obvious effect on angina with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the elderly with CHD,it can reduce the scores of anxiety and depression and improve ECG and TG.
