      目的 评价国内2型糖尿病护理相关指南的质量,为我国的2型糖尿病护理科学实施提供参考.方法 计算机检索中华医学会糖尿病分会、内分泌分会等专业组织网站、CBM、万方、知网、维普等数据库,并按照纳入排除标准进行筛选.使用AGREE Ⅱ对最终纳入指南进行质量评价.结果 共计纳入9篇2型糖尿病护理相关指南.各个领域得分分别为100％、62.85％、29.95％、79.86％、52.6％和2.6％.结论 国内2型糖尿病护理相关指南总体质量不高,尤其以指南制定的严谨性、应用性和编撰的独立性方面较欠缺,且在制定指南时未考虑目标人群的观点及潜在的资源投入问题,使指南可及性、利用度及实用性降低.指南需要不同程度完善后方可推荐,同时也建议在使用指南时需要结合临床具体情景适当地科学应用.

      Objective To evaluate the quality of the clinical practice guidelines related to nursing in type 2 diabetes patients with Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ (AGREE Ⅱ) so as to provide reference for the development of diabetes nursing guideline in China..Methods The clinical guidelines for diabetes nursing were identified and accessed by searching Diabetes Branch of Chinese Medical Association,Endocrine Branch of Chinese Medical Association,CBM,WANFANG,CNKI and VIP database;AGREE instrument was us.ed to evaluate the quality of the latest versions of the clinical guidelines.Results 9 guidelines for diabetes extended nursing were enrolled,and all were in Chinese;the results showed that the scores in the 6 fields were 100％,62.85％,29.95％,79.86％,52.6％ and 2.6％ respectively.Conclusions The quality of the 9 clinical practice guidelines related to diabetes nursing was relatively low,especially in the aspects of conscientiousness in guideline development,applicability and independence,and more,the view-points of target population and the potential resources input were not taken in consideration in the development of the guidelines,which led to the decrease of the accessibility,exploitability and practicability;certain modification is needed before recommendation and the utilization of the guidelines should be associated with the actual clinical practice.
