目的 探讨光子治疗仪联合骨肽注射液对下肢骨折后肿胀患者骨代谢、膝关节功能的影响,为治疗该病症提供方法.方法 选择2022 年1 月—2022 年12 月在上海市第六人民医院接受治疗的老年下肢骨折后肿胀患者 60 例,采用数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30 例.对照组采用骨肽注射液治疗,试验组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上加用光子治疗仪治疗,2 组均持续治疗 3 周.观察并比较 2 组临床疗效、血清骨钙素(BGP)水平、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平、膝关节活动度、Lysholm膝关节评分、肿胀评分、VAS评分及并发症发生情况.结果 治疗后,试验组总治疗有效率显著高于对照组(90.00%vs 66.67%,P<0.05);2 组血清BGP、BALP水平均高于同组治疗前,而试验组血清BGP、BALP水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 组膝关节活动度、Lysholm膝关节评分均高于同组治疗前,而试验组膝关节活动度、Lysholm膝关节评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 组肿胀评分、VAS评分均明显低于同组治疗前,而试验组肿胀评分、VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗期间,2 组不良反应主要为局部灼热、皮肤脱屑及皮疹,2 组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 光子治疗仪联合骨肽注射液治疗下肢骨折后肿胀,效果较好,可能与其改善骨代谢、膝关节功能有关. |

Objective To study the effect of photon therapy instrument combined with bone peptide injection on bone
metabolism and knee joint function in patients with swelling after lower limb fracture. Methods 60 elderly patients with swelling
after lower limb fracture treated in Shanghai Sixth People??s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and ran?
domly divided into experimental group and control group by digital table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group
was treated with bone peptide injection, and the experimental group was treated with photon therapy instrument on the basis of the
same treatment as the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 weeks. The clinical efficacy, serum osteocalcin (BGP) lev?
el, bone?specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP) level, knee range of motion, Lysholm knee score, swelling score, VAS score and
complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimen?
tal group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0. 05). The levels of serum BGP and BALP of both groups
were higher than those of the same group before treatment, while the levels of serum BGP and BALP of the experimental group
were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0. 05). The knee range of motion and

skin desquamation and rash, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups
(P >0. 05). Conclusion The effect of photon therapy instrument combined with bone peptide injection on swelling after lower limb fracture is better, which may be related to the improvement of bone metabolism and knee joint function. |
