      目的 观察基于目标达成的分阶段康复管理联合视频宣教对老年颜面部烧伤患者(elderly patients with facial burns,EPFB)自尊感和创面恢复的影响,为EPFB康复提供方法.方法 回顾性选取2021 年4 月—2022 年4 月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受治疗的55 例EPFB患者作为对照组,接受视频宣教护理干预;并选取于本院2022 年5 月—2023 年5月实施新护理模式时期接受治疗的55 例EPFB患者作为试验组,在对照组相同干预基础上加用基于目标达成的分阶段康复管理护理干预.观察并比较2 组创面愈合时间、住院时间、瘢痕增生率及护理满意度;比较2 组干预前后Rosenberg自尊量表(RSES)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分.结果 干预后,试验组创面愈合时间、住院时长均少于对照组(P<0.05);2 组SAS和SDS评分均低于同组干预前(P<0.05),试验组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2 组RSES评分及BSHS-A各维度评分均高于同组干预前(P<0.05),且试验组RSES评分及BSHS-A各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组及对照组瘢痕增生率差异无统计学意义(7.27%vs 15.69%,P>0.05);试验组干预后护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于目标达成的分阶段康复管理联合视频宣教用于EPFB治疗,可改善患者自尊感,促进创面愈合,缩短住院时长,减少瘢痕增生,改善患者情绪,提高其生活质量及护理满意度.

      Objective To observe the effects of staged rehabilitation management based on goal achievement combined with video education on self?esteem and wound recovery in elderly patients with facial burns (EPFB), and provide method for EPFB rehabilitation. Methods 55 EPFB treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively selected as the control group. They received video education and nursing intervention. Another 55 EPFB who received treatment during the implementation of the new nursing model in the same hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the experimental group. On the basis of the same intervention in the control group, they received staged rehabilitation management nursing intervention based on goal achievement. The wound healing time, hospitalization time, scar hyperplasia rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared; the scores of Rosenberg Self?Esteem Scale (RSES), Self?Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self?Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) before and after inter? vention were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group (P < 0. 05). The scores of SAS and SDS of both groups were lower than those of the same group before intervention (P <0. 05), while the scores of SAS and SDS of the experimental group were low? er than those of the control group (P <0. 05); RSES score and BSHS?A score of each dimension of both groups were higher than those of the same group before intervention (P <0. 05), and RSES score and BSHS?A score of each dimension of the ex? perimental group were higher than those of the control group (P <0. 05). There was no significant difference in scar hyperpla? sia rate between the experimental group and control group (7. 27% vs 15. 69% , P > 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion The combination of staged rehabilitation management based on goal achievement and video education for EPFB treatment can improve patients?? self?esteem, promote wound healing, shorten hospitalization time, reduce scar hyperplasia, improve their emotion, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
