      目的 通过两样本孟德尔随机化研究(MR)评估 ω-3 脂肪酸与年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)之间的关联.方法 基于全基因关联研究数据,以ω-3 为暴露因素,AMD及干性AMD为结局,通过MR评估ω-3 对AMD的因果效应.结果 MR的逆方差加权法分析结果显示,ω-3 水平与AMD风险降低相关(OR =0.837,95%CI:0.747～0.937,P =0.002);ω-3 水平与干性AMD风险降低相关(OR =0.837,95%CI:0.735～0.953,P =0.007),且结果无异质性和多效性.结论 在两样本MR假设下,ω-3 对AMD可能具有保护作用.

      Objective To assess the association between ω?3 fatty acid and age?related macular degeneration (AMD) based on a two sample Mendelian randomization study (MR). Methods Based on the data from the whole gene association study, with ω?3 as the exposure factor, AMD and dry AMD as the outcome, the causal effect of ω?3 on AMD was evaluated by MR. Results Inverse?variance weighted analysis results showed that ω?3 level was associated with a reduced risk of AMD (OR =0. 837, 95% CI: 0. 747?0. 937, P =0. 002) and dry AMD (OR =0. 837, 95% CI: 0. 735?0. 953, P =0. 007), and the results showed no heterogeneity or pleiotropy. Conclusion Under the hypothesis of two sample MR, ω?3 may have a protec? tive effect against AMD.
