      目的 探索老年结直肠癌患者永久性造口术后病耻感及其与心理弹性和社会支持度的关系.方法 回顾性分析2020 年4 月—2023 年5 月海安市人民医院就诊的83 例结直肠癌患者的病历资料.采用社会影响量表(SIS)评估患者病耻感,心理弹性量表评估患者心理弹性,社会支持度量表评估患者社会支持度,同时分析患者病耻感与心理弹性和社会支持度的关系.结果 老年结直肠癌患者永久性造口术后的病耻感、心理弹性和社会支持度处于中高水平;Pearson相关性分析显示,病耻感与心理弹性、社会支持度呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论 提高社会支持度和心理弹性可帮助患者调节负面情绪,提高生活期许,降低病耻感.

      Objective To explore the relationship between stigma and psychological resilience and social support in eld-erly patients with colorectal cancer after permanent colostomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the case data of 83 patients with colorectal cancer treated in People's Hospital of Hai'an City between April 2020 and May 2023.The Social Impact Scale(SIS)was used to assess the stigma of patients,the Psychological Resilience Scale was used to assess the psychological resilience of patients,and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)was used to assess the social support of pa-tients.The relationships between stigma and psychological resilience and social support were analyzed.Results The stigma,psychological resilience,and social support of elderly colorectal cancer patients after permanent colostomy were at medium to high level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that stigma was negatively correlated with psychological resilience and social support(P＜0.05).Conclusion Improving social support and psychological resilience can help patients regulate their nega-tive emotions,improve their life expectations,and reduce their stigma.
