      目的 探讨延续性护理在贝那普利治疗老年高血压患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2018 年11 月—2020 年11 月江苏省南通市第三人民医院收治的老年高血压患者60 例,采用数字表法随机分为2 组:观察组和对照组,每组30 例.2 组患者同时采用贝那普利口服治疗,1 次/d.对照组应用常规临床护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用延续性护理干预.观察并比较2 组患者治疗依从性、护理干预后血压变化、自护能力、生活质量和心脑血管事件发生情况.结果 干预后,观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组血压控制效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组的护理能力各项评分及生活质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组心脑血管事件发生率低于对照组(P＞0.05).结论 应用延续性护理与贝那普利治疗老年高血压患者,可明显提高患者治疗依从性,降低患者血压水平,提高患者自护能力及生活质量.

      Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous nursing in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with benazepril.Methods A total of 60 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Third People's Hospital of Nantong City from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oral benazepril,once per day.The control group was given routine clinical nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the ba-sis of routine nursing.The treatment compliance,changes in blood pressure after nursing intervention,self-care ability,quality of life,and incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the blood pressure control effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the nursing ability scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing to elderly hypertensive patients trea-ted with benazepril can significantly improve their treatment compliance,effectively lower their blood pressure,and significant-ly improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
