      目的 探究团队模式下闭环式健康教育在老年高血压患者延伸护理中的应用效果,为治疗该病症提供方法.方法 选取2020 年3 月—2023 年3 月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院健康管理中心收治的老年高血压患者共计102 例,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n =51)以及对照组(n =51).对照组患者接受常规高血压护理,观察组患者在对照组相同处理的基础上接受团队模式下的闭环式健康教育,干预疗程为3 个月.记录并比较2 组接受干预前后的24h平均收缩压和舒张压、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分以及高血压患者8 项Morisky用药依从性量表(MMAS-8)评分、SF-36 生活质量调查表(SF-36)评分、接受干预后研究对象在延伸护理、健康教育、操作与演示、疑问的反馈与解答层面对护理服务的满意度.结果 接受干预后,2 组的24h平均收缩压和舒张压比干预前均出现降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与此同时,2 组的ESCA评分以及MMAS-8 评分相比干预前均出现提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组接受干预后的SF-36 评分显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在延伸护理、健康教育、操作与演示、疑问的反馈与解答领域对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论 团队模式下闭环式健康教育应用于老年高血压患者延伸护理能够有效提升高血压控制效果以及患者的自我护理意识,提高患者生活质量对护理服务的满意度,具有一定临床应用价值.
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application effect of closed-loop health education under team mode on extended nursing of elderly patients with hypertension,and provide a method for the treatment of this disease.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Health Management Center of People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region between March 2020 and March 2023 were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n =51)and control group(n =51).The patients in the control group received routine hypertension nurs-ing,and the patients in the observation group received closed-loop health education under the team mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention course was 3 months.The 24 h mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and the scores of the Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA),8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)and SF-36 Quality of Life Ques-tionnaire(SF-36)before and after the intervention,as well as the satisfaction of patients with nursing services in the aspects of extended care,health education,operation and demonstration,feedback and answer to questions after intervention of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results After intervention,24 h mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pres-sure of both groups were lower than those of the same group before intervention,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of ESCA and MMAS-8 of both groups were higher than those of the same group before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with nursing services in the aspects of extended care,health education,operation and demonstration,feedback and answer to questions was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of closed-loop health education under the team mode in the extended nursing of hyperten-sive patients can effectively improve the effectiveness of hypertension control and the self-care awareness of patients,improve their quality of life and satisfaction with nursing services,and has certain clinical application value.
