      目的 探讨多途径营养干预对老年腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除(LPD)术后患者营养状况的效果分析.方法 回顾性分析2021 年1 月—2022 年12 月于复旦大学附属肿瘤医院胰腺肿瘤综合治疗部行LPD的102 例老年患者的临床资料,对其营养管理进行效果分析.根据不同的营养干预方法分为2 组:观察组(n =48)和对照组(n =54).观察组患者采取多途径营养干预,对照组患者常规营养干预.比较 2 组患者入院时、出院时及出院后 1 个月的体质量、人体质量指数(BMI)、血清白蛋白水平及患者整体营养主观评估表(P-SGA)评分.结果 干预后,2 组患者在出院一个月后患者PG-SGA评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 组的体质量和BMI差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 多途径营养干预可有效改善老年患者LPD术后营养状况,可以提高或优化患者术后生活质量,临床上值得推广使用.

      Objective To explore the effects of multi-channel nutritional intervention on the nutritional status of elderly patients after laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD).Methods The clinical data of 102 elderly patients who received LPD in Department of Pancreatic Tumor Comprehensive Therapy,Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The effectiveness of their nutritional management was analyzed.Ac-cording to different nutritional intervention methods,the patients were divided into two groups:observation group(n =48)and control group(n =54).The observation group received multi-channel nutritional intervention,while the control group received routine nutritional intervention.The body mass,body mass index(BMI),serum albumin level,and Patient Generated Subjec-tive Global Assessment(PG-SGA)score were compared between the two groups at admission,discharge,and one month after discharge.Results After intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in PG-SGA score between the two groups one month after discharge(P<0.05).The differences in body mass and BMI between the two groups were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-channel nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of elderly patients after LPD,and can improve or optimize their postoperative quality of life.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
