肌内效贴影响老年脑卒中肩关节半脱位患者的短时力学效应研究

      目的 观察肌内效贴对老年脑卒中肩关节半脱位患者的短时影响.方法 选取2023年6月-8月收治于上海市奉贤区奉城医院的22例脑卒中患者[平均年龄(65.5±10.4)岁],通过高频肌骨超声评估法测量患者肩峰-肱骨大结节距离(Acromion-Greater Tuberosity Distance,AGTD)等,分别对肌内效贴贴扎前后的健侧和患侧肩关节的指标值进行比较,并做自身健患侧对比.结果 肌内效贴扎后,健侧AGTD较贴扎前AGTD无显著改善[(1.63±0.37)cm vs(1.77±0.43)cm,P＞0.05];患侧 AGTD 较贴扎前 AGTD 显著改善[(2.15±0.67)cm vs(2.45±0.65)cm,P＜0.01].肌内效贴扎后SSD显著小于肌内效贴扎前[(0.38±0.71)cm vs(0.68±0.72)cm,P＜0.01].肌内效贴扎后SSR显著小于肌内效贴扎前[(1.44±0.47)vs(1.25±0.44),P＜0.01].结论 肌内效贴可在短时间内较显著地改善老年脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的程度.

      Objective To observe the short-term effects of kinesio taping on shoulder subluxation in elderly stroke pa-tients.Methods A total of 22 stroke patients(average age 65.5±10.4 years)admitted to Fengcheng Hospital in Fengxian District,Shanghai from June to August 2023 were selected.The acromion-greater tuberosity distance(AGTD)was measured by high-frequency musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluation method.The indexes of shoulder joint of healthy side and affected side of stroke patients were compared before and after kinesio tapings.As well as,the comparison was made between the healthy and affected sides.Results Compared with before kinesio taping,there was no significant improvement in AGTD on the healthy side after kinesio taping[(1.63±0.37)cm vs(1.77±0.43)cm,P＞0.05],but the AGTD on the affected side af-ter kinesio taping was significantly shorter than that before kinesio taping[(2.15±0.67)cm vs(2.45±0.65)cm,P＜0.01].The SSD after kinesio taping was significantly shorter than that before kinesio taping[(0.38±0.71)cm vs(0.68±0.72)cm,P＜0.01].The SSR after kinesio taping was significantly larger than that before kinesio taping[(1.44±0.47)vs(1.25±0.44),P＜0.01)].Conclusion Kinesio taping can significantly improve the degree of shoulder subluxation in eld-erly patients with stroke in a short period of time.
