老年髋关节骨折患者情绪障碍现状调查及影响因素研究

      目的 了解老年髋关节骨折患者情绪障碍现状并探索其影响因素.方法 采用横断面调查法,选取2020年1月-2023年6月江苏省海安市人民医院骨科收治的246例髋关节骨折患者作为研究对象.收集患者的临床资料,使用疼痛视觉模拟量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和医院焦虑和抑郁量表分别评估患者疼痛程度、睡眠情况、焦虑和抑郁水平.采用统计学方法进行数据分析.结果 老年髋关节骨折患者情绪障碍的发生率为23.17％;多因素回归分析显示,年龄、生活情况(与亲属同住/养老院/独居)、Katz日常生活功能指数、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数是患者情绪障碍的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 老年髋关节骨折患者存在情绪障碍,年龄、生活情况、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、Katz指数可能是其发生情绪障碍的主要影响因素,临床诊治过程中,可采取针对性的措施,减少情绪障碍的发生.

      Objective To investigate the current status of emotional disorder in elderly patients with hip fracture and ex-plore its influencing factors.Methods 246 patients with hip fracture admitted to Department of Orthopedics of People's Hospi-tal of Hai'an City,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as study subjects by a cross-sectional survey method.Their clinical data were collected.The pain level,sleep status,anxiety and depression were evaluated by Visual Ana-log Scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,respectively.Statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Results The incidence of emotional disorder in elderly patients with hip fracture was 23.17％.Mult-ivariate regression analysis showed that age,living conditions(living with relatives/nursing homes/living alone),Katz Daily Living Function Index,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were influencing factors for emotional disorder in these subjects(P＜0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with hip fractures have emotional disorder,and age,living conditions,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,and Katz Index may be the main influencing factors for their emotional disorder.In the course of clinical diagno-sis and treatment,targeted measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of emotional disorder.
