皮内针及耳穴埋豆联合西药防治老年肿瘤患者化疗所致胃肠道症状的效果观察

      目的 探究皮内针及耳穴埋豆联合西药防治老年肿瘤患者化疗所致胃肠道症状的效果.方法 将选取2023年11月—2024年8月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院收治的98例老年肿瘤化疗患者纳入本研究,使用信封法进行随机分组,共分为观察组和对照组,每组49例.对照组患者接受西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用皮内针及耳穴埋豆治疗,2组患者均治疗9 d.比较2组化疗期间胃肠道症状发生率、营养状态[血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平和主观综合性营养评估量表(SGA)评分]、生活质量[Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)评分、恶心呕吐生活功能指数量表(FLIE)评分].结果 治疗后,观察组胃肠道症状发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组ALB、Hb水平高于对照组(P＜0.05),SGA评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组PFS-R评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),FLIE评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 皮内针及耳穴埋豆联合西药治疗可降低老年肿瘤患者化疗所致胃肠道症状发生率,改善患者的营养状态和生活质量.

      Objective To investigate the effects of intradermal acupuncture and auricular acupressure with seeds com-bined with Western medicine in prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms caused by chemotherapy in elderly cancer patients.Methods A total of 98 elderly cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Univer-sity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2023 to August 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49)by the envelope method.The control group received Western medication alone,while the observation group received intradermal acupuncture and auricular acupressure with seeds on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 9 d.The incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms,nutritional status[serum albumin(ALB)level,hemoglobin(Hb)level and Subjective Global Assessment(SGA)score],and quality of life[Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS-R)and Functional Living Index-Emesis(FLIE)scores]during the chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of ALB and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),while SGA score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).PFS-R score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and FLIE score was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intradermal acupuncture and auricular acupressure with seeds combined with Western medicine can reduces the incidence of chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal symptoms,improves nutritional status,and enhances quality of life in elderly cancer patients.
