目的 观察基于眼动追踪技术的认知康复训练对老年脑卒中患者注意力功能恢复的影响,以期为患者的治疗提供方法.方法 前瞻性选取2023年1月—2024年6月在沧州市人民医院康复医学科接受治疗的老年脑卒中患者102例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组51例.对照组进行常规认知功能、言语和吞咽功能练习等,观察组在与对照组相同处理的基础上加用基于眼动追踪技术的认知康复训练,2组患者均持续干预6周.记录并比较2组患者干预前后认知功能、注意力功能和日常生活活动能力变化情况.结果 干预后,2组患者ACE-R量表视空间、记忆力、语言流利性、语言能力、注意/定向力及总评分均高于同组干预前(P<0.05),且观察组上述评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者ANT测试执行网络反应时间、总用时、总平均反应时间均少于同组干预前(P<0.05),定向网络反应时间、警觉网络反应时间、判断正确个数均多于同组干预前(P<0.05),观察组执行网络反应时间、总用时、总平均反应时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),而定向网络反应时间、警觉网络反应时间、判断正确个数均多于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者MBI量表评分均高于同组干预前(P<0.05),观察组MBI量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于眼动追踪技术的认知康复训练可能有利于患者注意力功能和认知功能的改善,提高日常活动能力. |

Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive rehabilitation training based on eye tracking technology on the recovery of attention function in elderly stroke patients and provide a method for the treatment of patients.Methods A to-tal of 102 elderly stroke patients who received treatment in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of People's Hospital of Cang-zhou City from January 2023 to June 2024 were prospectively selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine cognitive function,speech and swallowing function training,etc.,while the observation group received cognitive rehabilitation training based on eye tracking technology on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 6 weeks in both groups.The changes of cognitive function,attention function and activities of daily living before and after intervention were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of visuospatial ability,memory,language fluency,language ability,attention/orientation,and total scores of ACE-R Scale in both groups were significantly higher than those in the same group before the intervention(P<0.05)and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The executive network reaction time,total time,and total average reaction time in both groups were shorter than those in the same group before the intervention(P<0.05),while the orientation network reaction time,alertness network reaction time,and number of correct judgment were longer or larger than those in the same group before the intervention(P<0.05).The executive network reaction time,total time and total average reaction time in the observation were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the orientation network reaction time,alertness network reaction time,and number of correct judgment were longer or larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MBI Scale in both groups were higher than those in the same group before the intervention(P<0.05)and the score in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive rehabilitation training based on eye-tracking technology may improve attention and cognitive functions and enhance daily living activity abilities in elderly stroke patients. |
