任督通脉汤治疗老年脾肾阳虚型高血压病的临床观察

      目的 观察任督通脉汤治疗老年脾肾阳虚型高血压病的临床效果,以期为临床患者的诊疗提供参考.方法 回顾性选择2022年6月—2024年6月在新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院接受治疗的老年脾肾阳虚型高血压病患者116例,依据患者不同的治疗方法分为观察组(n=58)和对照组(n=58).对照组患者应用缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用任督通脉汤加减治疗.观察并比较2组中医证候评分、24 h动态血压和生活质量情况.结果 治疗后,2组患者中医证候评分均低于同组治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);2组患者24 h SBP、24 h DBP、NSBP、NDBP、DSBP、DDBP值均低于同组治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组上述指标值均低于对照组(P＜0.05);2组患者健康自我认识能力、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能评分均低于同组治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 任督通脉汤对老年脾肾阳虚型高血压患者的临床应用价值较高,可显著改善患者血压水平,提高患者生活质量.

      Objective To observe the clinical effects of Rendu Tongmai decoction in the treatment of hypertension of Spleen-Kidney-Yang deficiency type in elderly patients,and provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical pa-tients.Methods 116 elderly patients with hypertension of Spleen-Kidney-Yang deficiency type treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group(58 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with valsartan amlodipine tablets.The observation group was treated with modified Rendu Tong-mai decoction on the basis of the control group's treatment.The TCM syndrome score,24 h ambulatory blood pressure and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,NSBP,NDBP,DSBP and DDBP of both groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,the scores of health self-cognition,physical function,psychological function and social function of both groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of Rendu Tongmai decoction is high in elderly patients with hypertension of Spleen-Kidney-Yang deficiency type.It can significantly reduce the blood pressure and improve the quality of life of patients.
